Enhancement in Data Cleansing Feature for Fields in Document Training Screen

• To Date function is changed to support all standard date formats.
• The input validation check is removed in the data cleansing rules for Data present after, Data present before functions.

In document processing, after upgrade, field value extraction for already approved category was failing and it is fixed.
