Use this function to check if all characters in the input string are alphabets.

Syntax

isAlpha (input)

Parameters

Returns

Return value Description
text Returns True or False

Sample

isAlpha (abcd)

  • Checks if the all the characters in the string abcd are alphabets.
    Returns True because all characters in the string are alphabets.
