The Bot Management console in Jiffy is used to execute the bots and display the execution status of each bot in the application. It displays the start and last execution details.

The Tenant Admins created in the application will have the capability to Start/Stop the bot from the Bot Management console.

Only Tenant Admin has the privilege to access Bot Management console. The users (tenant members) who does not have the privilege to access Bot Management console can start the bot using Login node.

Types of Bots

There are two types of Bots in JIFFY.ai:

1. Execution Bots - Bots that are in RAAS mode. 
2. Developer Bots - Bots that are in Developers mode.

Filter Bots

By default, the Execution Bots are filtered and displayed in the Bot Management console. The bots can be filtered based on its type by clicking on the Filter icon (1).

1. Execution Bots - Displays only the Execution bots in the Bots list.
2. Developer Bots - Displays only the Developer Bots that are running in the Bots list.

Search Bots

Click on the Search icon (2) and then type the name of the Bot to be searched.

The search string is not case sensitive.

Upon search, the relevant columns with matching string/character are displayed.

If no matching string/characters are found for the searched keyword, then the No results found message is displayed.
