Use this function to leave a conversation in the slack application.

Syntax

Leave Conversation (token, channel_id)

Parameters

Input Parameter Name Description
token Authentication token
channel_id ID of the channel to leave the conversation

Returns

Return Value Description
Output
  • On Success: 1, Conversation Left Successfully
  • On Failure: 0, Error Message

Sample

Leave Conversation (ABCDE, NC-45)

  • Uses the token ‘ABCDCEF’ to authenticate the connection to the Slack application, leaves the conversation in the channel with ID ‘NC-45’.
    Returns ‘Conversation Left Successfully’ on leaving the channel.
