In JIFFY.ai, the presentation is a graphical representation of the business user’s data. 

The user can unleash his creativity and use the wide gamut of visualization tools available in JIFFY.ai to create visually appealing dashboards.

The following two points are important in making a remarkable presentation in JIFFY.ai: 

Presentation = content + design

• Content (What will your Data talk about? Does it convey the message?) 
• Design (How do you support your message with visuals?)

A Sample Presentation Dashboard for reference is below.

Click on any app in the App Summary, this displays the Default Presentation for that App.

Note: The screen appears blank if presentations are yet to be created for the App and set as default.

Click on the Presentations option to navigate to the Presentations Homepage for that App.

It lists all the presentations for that App and displays:

• Name: Name of the Presentation 
• Owner: The user who created the presentation 
• Last Modified: The last date when presentation was modified

More Actions

In the Presentation Homepage, the More Button (Vertical 3 dots) is provided against each presentation with the following options as shown below.

• Rename – To rename the presentation already created.
• Delete – To delete the Presentation. Upon clicking on Delete button, a confirmation window with the message ‘Do you want to delete the presentation?’ with Yes and No buttons is displayed. Upon clicking on the Yes button, the presentation gets deleted and clicking on the No button, retains the presentation.
• Duplicate – To create a copy of the presentation.
• setAsDefault – Click on the setAsDefault button to set the desired Presentation as default presentation. When another presentation is set as default, the keyword DEFAULT gets assigned to that presentation.
