Jiffy Forms on Mobile

This feature allows Business Users to access the Forms on mobile using the predefined function Get Form URL.

Download Option for Jiffy Table in Presentation

Facility to download all the records or selected records that is visible in the Jiffy table on the Presentation into Excel or CSV file.

Resume option for Task Execution

Designer can resume task execution from the design studio.

Function to Take Screenshot

New predefined function is added, which allows the user to Take Screenshot of the currently active screen.

Task Execution privileges

User with the roles Designer, Release Admin, and Support can schedule and execute Tasks. A Business User cannot schedule or execute Tasks.

While deleting Upload CSV and Download CSV nodes, proper success messages are displayed.

In Email Browser Node, a validation message added indicating that the user can add a maximum of five nested rules.

Zero in the numeric Type field was getting saved as Null which has been corrected to save as numeral zero itself on the form.

Unable to familiarize SAP buttons in Tool bar using SAP node: Click Tool bar action introduced with input parameter to enter the text of the Tool tip. This will familiarize the buttons on the grid view tool bar.

UI node: In the Action tab, if action is selected as Input Password the selected action is retained now.

The standard table functionality including filter, sort, pagination, reorder, resize and display of desired fields is not available for the Document table on the presentation.

Auto-refresh on the presentation is not happening while using button having only Save action on the form.

Jiffy Forms on Mobile

• Intuitive error message to be displayed when the URL link of the form in the email is expired.
• inline table in the main form when opened in the mobile, the UI is not proper, and the button label is getting overlapped on the inline table records.
• The show more button in the inline table of the main form is not visible properly. Getting overlapped by the button of the main form.
• Unable to select the date from the date picker for the date fields on the form and data can be entered manually.
• The calculated fields must be in non-editable mode but is in editable mode and the users can enter values in this field on the form.
• Breadcrumb is getting overlapped on to the first field of the form when the inline table record is opened.
• Mandatory field data and column name is getting overlapped when the user enters data after mandatory alert in case of mandatory field is left blank.
• Page is not getting redirected to the next inline table when the user clicks on Add record /edit record with keyboard open.
